My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. The location was tricky to get to, and I felt unsafe at times trying to find my way back. The rooms were okay but lacking basic amenities for comfort. Service was frustrating, as staff struggled to assist due to language barriers. However, I appreciated the natural beauty surrounding the hotel and some positive efforts towards cleanliness, although much work remains to be done.
